Handling Times

We strive to process and ship all orderswithin 10 business days.Please note that we are a small studio, we may require additional time to process and fulfill your order during peak seasons or holidays.

Delivery Times

For Hong Kong orders, you can expect your package to arrive within2-5 business days after it has been shipped.

For international orders, delivery times can range from 1-4 weeks, depending on the country. Please note that customs processing times may delay the delivery of your order.

Order Tracking

We offer tracking for all of our orders to ensure that your package arrives safely and securely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package's progress.

Free Shipping

We're excited to offer free shipping on all orders over $500 HKD for our customers in the Hong Kong.Please note that while we are committed to providing the best shipping rates possible, there may be additional fees associated with international shipping, such as customs fees or taxes. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our shipping options.

Customs and Import Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties, import taxes, VAT and/or other customs fees imposed by the destination country.

We cannot be held responsible for any customs-related fees or charges. These charges and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost , and must be handled and paid by the customers when necessary.

Additionally, if a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot refund the order total. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the customs regulations of your country.
